What happens when I exceed my monthly minutes?+
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional minutes at ₹8/minute. We never cut off your agent mid-month without warning.
Do I need to change my existing phone number?+
No. You keep your existing number. You simply set up conditional call forwarding — when you don't answer within 3 rings, calls forward to DeskSathi. Your patients and customers call the same number they always have.
How long does setup take?+
For NCR customers, we come to you in person. Setup takes 30-45 minutes — we configure your agent, test with real calls, and don't leave until you're happy. Remote setup for other cities takes 2-3 hours over video call.
What if the AI says something wrong?+
You have full access to every call transcript. If the agent makes a mistake, you update its knowledge and it learns immediately. We also set up Telegram escalation — when the agent is unsure, it flags you in real time.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly billing, cancel any time. No lock-in, no cancellation fee. If you're not happy after your free first month, you owe us nothing.
