DeskSathi provides AI voice agent software for businesses. By signing up, you agree to these terms. The service is provided on a subscription basis with monthly billing.
You agree to use DeskSathi only for legitimate business communication purposes. You must not use the service to deceive callers in ways that cause harm, to conduct fraudulent transactions, or to violate applicable Indian law.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. You may cancel at any time; your service continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Your first month is provided free of charge.
DeskSathi uses AI to conduct conversations. AI systems can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing call transcripts and correcting any inaccurate information your agent provides. DeskSathi is not liable for errors in AI-generated responses.
DeskSathi's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from service outages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Contact: legal@desksathi.com
